How it works:

Book a consultation

A 15 or 30-minute consultation is the best place to begin so that we can discuss your goals and really get into what you'd like to get out of your practice.

This will help you decide if you prefer to move on with private instruction or group classes.

Perhaps you decide you want to build a personalized sequence with me that you can practice on your own, until you feel you are comfortable to move on. You would then need a 30-minute consultation to do this part and I would prepare and email your individual squence (with images and tips) as a guide for you to follow independently.

You'll receive an email after booking to fill out a form with questions that will help make the most of our one-on-one time.

15-minute consultation:

These are one-on-one only and perfect for:

-deciding what type of classes are best suited for you

-deciding if you would benefit from private instruction and how

30-minute consultation:

These are best for:

-co-creating your personalized sequence

-getting pointers on poses and practices

*With this option, I will send you an email with a write-up of the poses and/or sequence discussed, complete with images to guide you as you work individually.

60-minute private yoga session

One-on-one and best for:

-learning how to adapt poses that best suit your body

-personalized feedback to help advance your practice

-an interactive practice (get your questions answered while you practice with me)

-fresh suggestions when your practice needs a boost

-learning how to advance in poses that you have mastered

Small group 60-minute yoga session

This is a great, cost-effective choice for families, or friend-groups to practice yoga together in an intimate setting at Physical Edge Physiotherapy, in Oakville!

Nurture inner resilience and mind/body awareness with support in the safety of your chosen community - or celebrate with a custom-built group class!

Maximum number of attendees: 8

Minimum number of attendees: 2
