Thai yoga massage is a soothing and introspective deep tissue stretch and massage done on a large floor mat (larger and thicker than a yoga mat).
The practictioner places the client into passive yoga poses, and applies traditional Thai massage techniques using her hands, forearms, and feet.
This is a quiet practice, honouring introspection and focus of both the practictioner and client. Speaking is limited to questions, as well as giving and receiving feedback.
*Susanne has certification in Thai massage and Reiki, but is not a Registered Massage Therapist. Please check with your employer's benefits for coverage.

Why not try a shorter 30-minute session?
In a 30-minute session, you can choose to focus on head & neck/shoulders, or hands/feet.
You will get a good idea of what Thai massage feels like, and be more equipped to decide if you would like a full 60-minute session.
